LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy, eating, and properly sexed. If you are not satisfied we will replace the animal for cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours after you receive the animal.

*The Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to provide us with correct and complete information. You are receiving a live animal and it is imperative this information be exact, and that someone be there to sign for the animal. No refunds and or replacement will be made if someone isn't there to recieve on the day of arrival.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship Fedex Priority Overnight. We are FedEx verified live reptile shippers.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Paypal and money orders, and full payment is required before an animal will be shipped. We will accept a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve most animals. Remaining payment is due in full within the agreed time frame. Other amounts may be agreed upon in regards to certain deals.
